DF 2504 Organosilicone Emulsion in Water-borne Systems Defoamer

DF 2504 is an organosilicone emulsion used as a defoamer for water-borne systems. It has strong antifoam ability and has no negative influence on the recoatability. This defoamer has great efficiency and good compatibility, it is suitable for low- and medium-viscosity systems.

• DF 2504 is suitable for water-borne coating systems, it provides very fast defoaming process.
• DF 2504 has low tendency to cause craters and pin-holes.

DF 2504 is recommended for different water-borne coating systems. Usually, the additive should be introduced at the grinding stage during the manufacture with 0.05% to 1.0% dosage upon total formulation.
