DH-115 Polyamide Curing Agent for Epoxy Coatings

DH-115 is a standard high-viscosity polyamide curing agent designed for solid epoxy resins. It offers excellent adhesion, flexibility, toughness, water resistance, and chemical resistance, making it suitable for industrial protective coating applications.

  • Good flexibility, toughness, and water resistance

  • Good chemical resistance and film hardness

  • Suitable for heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings

Typical Applications

  • Marine anti-corrosion coatings

  • Industrial protective coatings

  • Steel structure coatings

  • Vehicle anti-corrosion coatings

Typical Properties: Amber liquid; amine value 190–230 mg KOH/g; viscosity 8,000–20,000 cP at 40°C; AHEW 190 g/eq; solid content ≥99%.

Recommended Mixing Ratio: 100:30 by weight with epoxy resin (EEW 666), with a recommended dosage of 30–40 phr.

Packaging and Storage: 200 kg/drum. Store sealed at 5–35°C. Shelf life: 12 months under recommended storage conditions.
